The Androgen Society has negotiated a discounted rate of $179 plus tax (currently 15.9%) at the Dallas Marriott Downtown for registered meeting attendees.

Hotel Deadline

Be sure to make your reservations early. The Androgen Society Annual Conference discounted group rates apply until the reservation deadline of February 9, 2023 or until all so-designated rooms in the group have been reserved, whichever occurs first. AS encourages you to make your reservation early, as after these period reservations will only be accepted based on availability and/or higher rates may apply.

Attendees are responsible for making their reservations by visiting the reservation website. Please reference the AS Annual Meeting to receive the discounted rate.

Hotel Deposit and Cancellation Policy

A deposit equal to one night’s stay is required to hold a reservation. These deposits are fully refundable if the hotel is notified 72-hours prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained.
